We rebuild cylinder heads from the small aluminum to
large diesel, replacing valve guides, seats, and finishing
with 3-angle seat grinding. We also feature hot tanking, blocks, heads
and miscellaneous parts. Complete engine balancing is
done on a new Hines dynamic balancer. Cylinder boring,
connecting rod rebuilding, drive shaft building, cylinder block and head resurfacing, flywheel grinding,
welding, lathe and mill work are some of the other
services we offer. We can do work on Hi-performance and custom
engines.
Engine balancing promotes longer life, smooth
running, fuel efficient engines. Complete custom
cylinder head work is very important on engine
re-building. Hot tanking of all parts then boring and
re-surfacing the block ensures the maximum compression
and
power. Crank-shaft journals and con-rod journals must be
round to less than .0003 within specs.
